You can return an item within 28 days of purchase providing the goods are unopened, unused, and in a resellable condition.

- Request an RMA (returns materials authorisation).
- Goods must be returned to Dolphin Fitness within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- Please ensure that you have received an official RMA via email from their customer services team and enclose the RMA within your parcel.
Please Note: If you are returning an item over 40kg, Dolphin Fitness reserve the right to charge up to £80 for the collection costs and handling fee occured.
