If you change your mind after initially placing an order you can easily contact support on 033 0303 0199 with your customer number and order details. The Customer Care team is available 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am - 4.30pm.
After your parcel has been delivered La Redoute provide a free exchanges and returns service. Every order contains a delivery note detailing the items that have been enclosed and further information if further parts of the order were unable to be delivered at the time of dispatch. It is highly recommended that you keep hold of this note until you are perfectly happy with your purchases or if you wish to return any items you can simply fill in the attached returns form, which is valid for 14 days. The Company requests items to be in their original condition and packaging.
If your parcel was delivered by a local courier, you can Call 033 0303 0199 > Select Option 3 Your parcel will then be collected within 2 days free of charge.
Alternatively you can request a collection by Logging into My Account > Select Returns
You can also take your return parcel to a near by ParcelShop or a Post Office but it is worth noting that whilst you are entitled to free returns via the Post Office, if you do use this method when a courier service is available to you, La Redoute may apply a nominal administrative charge to your account.
Once the returns have been received your account will be credited accordingly which normally takes around 10 working days. It is possible to check the status of your returns at any time by logging into My Accounts and selecting My Returns.
La Redoute Delivery Information
First and foremost once an order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed. An email is sent to notify you when the order is dispatched and it is possible to check the status of the order by logging into My Account at the top of the main website and selecting My Orders, from which you will have access to the status of each item.
As with most deliveries, Easter weekend and Christmas may have slightly longer delivery times than normal and couriers do not work bank holidays.

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days, unless an item is being shipped from France. Home delivery charge is fixed at £3.99, no matter how much you order and postage and packing is free if you choose the Click & Collect service. If for any reason items are delivered separately you will still only pay the one delivery charge.
La Redoute has another additional service called ParcelShop, which allows customers to have their parcels delivered to a local shop for later collection. The primary benefit of this service is if you have little time around the house, the delivery drivers can leave your parcels in a safe secure location.
